3. Service Agreement

3.1 Project Scope

The scope of work will be defined in a separate project proposal or agreement. Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may affect the project timeline and cost.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

• • A 50% advance payment is required to begin work on any project.
• • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final delivery.

We provide estimated timelines for project completion. While we strive to meet these deadlines, they are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by the client (late feedback, content delays, etc.) will extend the timeline accordingly.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• • Provide clear feedback during the review stages.
• • Make timely payments as per the payment schedule.
• • Provide access to necessary accounts (domain, hosting) when required.
• • Obtain necessary licenses for any third-party content used.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Client Content

The Client retains ownership of all content (text, images, logos) provided to us for the project.

5.2 Our Work

Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership of the final deliverables (website code, design files). However, we retain the right to:

• • Display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
• • Use the work as examples for other clients.
• • Reuse code libraries and frameworks we've developed.

5.3 Third-Party Components

Any third-party components (plugins, themes, libraries) used in the project remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

6. Revisions & Changes

6.1 Design Revisions

We include a specified number of revision rounds in our proposals. Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

6.2 Scope Changes

Any changes to the project scope after approval will be documented in a change order and may affect the timeline and cost.

7. Warranty & Support

7.1 Warranty Period

We provide a 30-day warranty period after project delivery for bug fixes and minor adjustments.

7.2 Ongoing Support

After the warranty period, support is available through our maintenance plans or on an hourly basis.

7.3 Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

8. Termination

• • The Client provides incomplete or misleading information.

9. Limitation of Liability

RiTech Solution's total liability to the Client for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project. We are not liable for:

• • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• • Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• • Issues arising from third-party services.
• • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

10. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all client information confidential unless:

• • Disclosure is required by law.
• • The Client gives written permission for disclosure.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
